For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

By accessing, registering on, or using the phi777 Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with phi777's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the phi777 Platform and close your Account.

3.1 Age Requirement. In accordance with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and applicable Philippine law, the phi777 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform. phi777 strictly enforces this requirement through its KYC process. Any individual who provides false information regarding their age will have their Account immediately suspended and any balance therein forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. phi777 operates under a PAGCOR license issued for online gaming services in the Philippines. Users are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the phi777 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which they are located at the time of play. phi777 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the phi777 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to making a withdrawal from the phi777 Platform, all Users are required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID / PhilSys ID
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Philippine Passport
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Senior Citizen's ID (for eligible users aged 21 and above)

3.5 Account Information Accuracy. Users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep such information updated throughout the life of their Account. phi777 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4.1 Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their phi777 Account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. phi777 will never request your password or OTP via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

4.2 Users must notify phi777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account. phi777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.

4.3 phi777 reserves the right to suspend an Account and require re-verification where suspicious login activity is detected, including but not limited to logins from unusual geographic locations or multiple concurrent sessions from different IP addresses.

4.4 Accounts are non-transferable. Users may not sell, transfer, or assign their phi777 Account or any Account balance to any third party.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phi777 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BDO, BPI, UnionBank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven cash-in. Available methods and their respective limits are displayed in the phi777 Cashier section and are subject to change.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on phi777 is ₱100 PHP. phi777 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to the following processing timelines:

• GCash & Maya: Typically within minutes for fully verified accounts; up to 2 hours during peak periods.
• BDO, BPI, UnionBank: Same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM PHT; next business day for requests submitted after 3:00 PM PHT.
• USDT TRC20: Within 1 hour under normal network conditions.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. phi777 reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal request for up to five (5) business days for the purposes of KYC verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of potential Terms violations. phi777 will inform the User of any such delay within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being placed.

5.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. phi777 applies a return-to-source policy where technically feasible — funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This policy is applied in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements.

6.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by phi777 are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including applicable wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits.

6.2 Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general wagering conditions apply to phi777 bonus credits:

• Standard bonus wagering requirement: 30x the bonus amount
• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: as specified per promotion
• Bonus credits expire 30 days from the date of issuance if wagering requirements are not completed
• Withdrawals made while a Bonus Balance is active will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Balance

6.3 Bonus Abuse. phi777 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using hedging strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using bots to clear wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotions. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and any bonus-derived winnings will be voided.

6.4 phi777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

7.1 All games available on the phi777 Platform — including but not limited to live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo, online slots, and bingo — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

7.2 phi777 uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for its electronic and virtual casino games. The RNG is independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and statistically fair.

7.3 phi777's live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers using real physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) in a professionally operated studio environment.

7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to disconnection, software error, or hardware failure — phi777 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund the staked amount to the User's Real Money Balance. phi777 will not be liable for any losses alleged to result from technical errors or malfunctions.

7.5 Where a dispute arises regarding a game outcome, phi777's internal server records shall be treated as the definitive record. phi777 will investigate all disputes in good faith and respond within five (5) business days.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the phi777 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or feature on the Platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the phi777 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• Registering more than one Account on the phi777 Platform
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits without a legitimate dispute
• Allowing or facilitating another individual to access or use your phi777 Account
• Conducting any activity on the Platform that violates applicable Philippine law

phi777 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to be in violation of this Section 8, forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance in such Account, and report the matter to PAGCOR and, where appropriate, to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

9.1 phi777 is committed to responsible gaming as an operational principle and a PAGCOR regulatory requirement. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible from any Account's dashboard settings at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps set at the player's discretion
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications at player-defined intervals
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary account access restriction of 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited exclusion from the phi777 Platform

9.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted to phi777 are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, phi777 will take reasonable steps to prevent any Account associated with the excluded individual from being accessed or re-registered.

9.3 phi777's player welfare team proactively monitors player behaviour for indicators of problem gambling and may contact players directly where such indicators are identified. Players may also self-refer to phi777's welfare team by contacting [email protected].

9.4 phi777 strongly encourages any player who believes they may have a gambling problem to seek professional help. The phi777 Responsible Gaming page provides information on support resources available to Filipino players.

10.1 All content on the phi777 Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio-visual elements, and user interface designs — is the property of phi777 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

10.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phi777 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, decompile, or create derivative works from any phi777 content.

10.3 Unauthorised use of phi777's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose the User to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phi777 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the User's use of or inability to use the phi777 Platform.

11.2 phi777's total liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 phi777 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party system outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform. phi777 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance via Platform notifications.

11.4 The limitation of liability provisions in this Section 11 do not apply to liability arising from phi777's gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud.

12.1 phi777 collects, processes, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as overseen by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

12.2 phi777's full Privacy Policy — including detailed information on what data is collected, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how Users may exercise their rights as data subjects — is available at phi777.cam/privacy-policy.

12.3 By registering on and using the phi777 Platform, Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the phi777 Privacy Policy.

13.1 Termination by User. Users may close their phi777 Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closing an Account, all pending wagering requirements must be completed and any Real Money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to the User's verified payment method.

13.2 Termination by phi777. phi777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) a PAGCOR regulatory directive; (c) reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

13.3 Upon Account termination for cause under Section 13.2, phi777 reserves the right to retain any Real Money Balance as compensation for damages caused by the breach, subject to applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Users may dispute such retention by submitting a written complaint to phi777's compliance team.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Internal Dispute Resolution. Users who have a dispute relating to the phi777 Platform should first contact phi777's customer support team at [email protected]. phi777 will acknowledge all written complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

14.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to the User's satisfaction through phi777's internal process, the User may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has regulatory authority over phi777's operations in the Philippines.

14.4 Judicial Proceedings. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal and regulatory processes described above, the parties agree that such dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

15.1 phi777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email notification and/or in-Platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amendments take effect.

15.2 Continued use of the phi777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a User does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and contact phi777 to arrange Account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

15.3 The most current version of these Terms & Conditions is always available at phi777.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
